What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into our quote request form. That form asks for:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Details about the job — service type, the town your property is in, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and how often you want cleaning
• Any notes you choose to add

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not collect any information about you unless you submit the form yourself.

Why we collect it

We use it for one purpose: to prepare your quote and get back to you. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with marketing companies, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Who else sees it

When you submit the form, it is delivered to our business inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and a confirmation copy is sent to the email address you provided. This site is hosted by Vercel. Both companies process the submission only so that it reaches us.

How long we keep it

Your request stays in our email records so we can refer back to it if you become a client. If you would like us to delete your information, email us at hello@mountainrosehousekeeping.com and we will remove it.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging cleaning services and is not directed at children.
